Best Western Hôtel Agen Le Passage, Agen Sud

The only thing that was strange was “ egg scrambled” and left for guest to use a spoon and place the quantity on a plate. There was no instructions left to say that the “scrambled egg” was cold and should be heated !!! It was gooey and tasteless. Pls place clear instructions to future guests. Other items were good quality.

The staff was very friendly from the manager to the chambermaids, smiling, always ahead of your needs.
